'CHAMPS 100' AUTHOR HONOURED AT PENN RELAYS
05/10/2010Jamaican sports broadcaster and author of the ISSA-sponsored publication 'Champs 100', Hubert Lawrence is presented with an award in honor of his contribution to sports communication by Jamaican Sports Minister Hon. Olivia 'Babsy' Grange at the University of Pennsylvania Relay Carnival in Philadelphia on April 24. At centre is Team Jamaica Bickle President Irwine Claire, who hosted the presentation.
